redefining the role of “limousine service” by providing our clients

Reservations
Every time a client makes a reservation,
the trip is entered into the computer with a reservation number. The
reservationist reads back to the client the information that has been
entered into the computer, along with the reservation number. The
purpose of this, is to ensure the client that all the information is
correct. In addition, all trips are confirmed by email for accuracy.
Service
Each vehicle is washed, vacuumed and fully gassed up before picking up
any passenger. The driver is properly dressed with a dress shirt and
tie. All of our drivers are polite, courteous and helpful with
passengers' luggage.
Quality Controls
When picking up passengers at the airport, each and every trip is
checked through our computerized flight tracking systems, which enables
us to track a flight within 5 minutes of its arrival time.
Driver Check-In Policy
Every one of our drivers has to check in 1 hour or 2 hours before
actually picking up a client. This is to ensure that the driver will be
on time for the trip.
Policy & Procedures
- Tolls are No
charge.
- Additional passengers at same stop, no charge.
- For all arriving flights, meet your driver in the Baggage Claim
Area. Please do not leave the airport before calling the office for
assistance. The number is 1-800-776-6846.
- $5.00 surcharge will be applied to any trip between 5:00 a.m. - 5:59 a.m.
- $10.00 surcharge will be applied to any international arrival. This will include one hour free waiting time.
- $20.00 surcharge will be applied to any trip before 5 A.M. or after 12 A.M. and certain holidays.
- Waiting time for arriving flights, the first 45 minutes are no
charge. After 45 minutes, there is an extra $15.00 charge for remainder
of hour, and $25.00 for every 30 minutes there after or part of the
hour.
- A $12.00 service charge will be added to all trips.
- 10% STC charge.
- **$10.00 additional charge below 42nd street.
- Any reservation changes must be called into our office. There will
be a full charge if the driver is on location when the trip is canceled.
Late cancellation fee is $50.00 plus a service fee if notice is given
less than 2 hours prior to pickup time.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- All online reservations must be confirmed. If you do not receive an email confirmation with 24 hours please call 1-800-776-6846 for confirmation.
- On Time Transport is not liable for circumstances beyond our
control. This would include (not not be limited to) weather, breakdowns
or road conditions. We also assume no responsibility for lost or damaged
baggage, personal belongings or items left in the vehicle.
- All rates do not include driver gratuity which is normally 20%; this
is a discretionary tip which is based on the passenger’s experience.
- All major credit cards accepted.
